It is our goal to establish regular communication, fellowship and training among passionate youth enthusiasts from the local churches of Maine. We plan to hold a Youth leader enrichment conference/retreat annually to accomplish these goals.
Because of the rural demographics of Maine, we have discovered a great gap in youth ministry. Many churches are not able to hire youth workers and have been left to lean on volunteers that often become discouraged in their duty. It is our desire to provide encouragement and training to those struggling churches in this vital area of youth ministry inside and outside of the church.
